How do I order?
Simply browse our products, choose your favourites, add to your baskets, check out online, and either collect from our store or choose delivery.
What are your delivery options?
We are based in Stafford Town Centre, so you are more than welcome to come in store to purchase your clothes, after trying them on, or buy online and we can post them out to you via MyHermes.
How do I return an item?
Simply bring your item back within 14 days in an unworn, perfect condition.
How can I contact your couriers?
We will provide you with tracking details which only apply to your parcel, so you simply call or email MyHermes and quote your reference.
Do you provide International delivery?
Only for orders over £100 and the price of shipping will be adjusted according to the destination and weight of the goods.
What is your returns policy?
14 day return policy, all items returned must be unworn and in perfect order, unless the item is faulty*.
